INSIDE Enterprises GmbH provides business customers with a cloud-based digital workplace platform ("Service") on a subscription basis. The Service includes content management, team communication, integrations, and related functionality as set out in the applicable order form.
Customers are responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials, compliance with applicable laws when using the Service, and obtaining the consents required from end users. Customers may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms.
We guarantee 99.9% availability for our production environment, measured on a monthly basis. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 72 hours in advance. In case of downtime exceeding our SLA, customers are entitled to service credits in accordance with their contract.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Both parties undertake to indemnify each other against third-party claims arising from a breach of these terms.
